Affiliates

We operate two affiliate programs.

1.  City Sponsorship Program

We allow one affiliate per approximately 25,000 in population area.   Some areas only have one affiliate and some may have several or many in larger cities.  You can  check the home page to see if affiliate sites are available for the area you are interested in, call us, or complete our contact form.

Our city sponsorship affiliate's program is managed through ClickBank.  Becoming a city sponsor affiliate requires a one-time, $195 setup fee, and you earn 40% commissions for all sales in your area(s).  Click here for more information.

Note: you do NOT have to reside in the neighborhood or city in order to manage the FSBO affiliate program for that area.  There is a provision allowing you to resell your city sponsorship program to someone else if you choose to.

2. Website Advertising Program

Receive a 20% commission for referrals from your website resulting in sales.  There is no cost to join this program, but you must register to receive your commissions, which we pay per completed sale via PayPal.  You will direct your leads to a unique URL that we create for you.
